Hi Allen,
I think IsMoving is only set while Mach3 is executing G Code so it doesn't surprise me that it isn't set while KFlop is homing.
I can't think of a good solution. Maybe you could describe exactly what you need to do. One idea would be to have KFlop set a virtual bit while homing is active.

I found a way around it, similiar to what you suggested. Using a UserLED I set to true while homing then to false when finished.
